CSI Administrator - Internship 2015

The successful applicant will be required to provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the Group Socio-Economic Development Manager


  • Matric

  • Position is for 3 days a week

  • Candidate must be studying towards a degree/diploma, preferably needing experiential learning in a workplace

Skills and Knowledge

  • Must have a full understanding of Socio-Economic Development, B-BBEE Codes and the relevance thereof to business

  • Must have impeccable work ethic

  • Must be able to work unsupervised as well as team member

  • Must pay attention to details

  • Knowledge of MS Office especially excel a must

Key Performance Areas:

  • Administrative assistance to the Group Manager – Socio-Economic Development

  • Go through all funding request and align responses to the company’s focus areas

  • Track unit spend with the help of finance department

  • Collate materials for marketing and publications monthly

  • Collate unit spend for Board packs quarterly

  • Process all unit payments and get approvals/sign off from Trustees

  • Respond to correspondence for the department

  • Assist with all administrative requirements for the group’s SED

  • Manage annual diary for all committees and Boards where SED is involved
