- Handling phone calls for the editor, managing editor and BDM. Screening calls, redirecting or taking messages. Being courteous and very professional at all times.
- Assist the Business Development manager with admin tasks.
- Be admin support to advertising sales team.
- Assisting the managing editor in various duties.
- Filing, data capturing, general admin, creating and updating flatplans, making phone calls, organising stuff.
- Making printouts to keep to mock-up book and wall updated.
- Assisting the Picture editor with making PDF’s and filing.
- Assisting the Art Department with running errands, collecting stuff returning stuff etc.
- Making photocopies and keeping reference files up to date.
- Contributing ideas and content for the website.
