Our Graduate Internship Programme

As a Graduate Management Consultant you will be part of a programme focused on helping you build core management consulting and project-oriented skills. These skills will include the ability to produce project deliverables, conduct research, participate in and lead workshops, liaise with clients and other project stakeholders, draft reports etc. You will gain these skills through formalised training and through exposure to other management consulting professionals on projects.

What To Expect as a Graduate Intern

Our Graduate Project Management Consulting Programme is very intensive, focused on rapidly building skills and experience. You will be continuously challenged, in a demanding environment that is performance and delivery oriented. Strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, passion and dedication will be required to succeed in the Programme.

You will typically be working as part of a project team, in what is likely to be a flexible, dynamic environment. Our projects may take the form of a research or strategy-oriented project, focused on understanding an industry or mapping a future path for a business, or it may involve driving through the implementation of changes to a company's systems, processes, or organisation.
