(#) You are extremely well spoken, confident, and very persuasive over the phone. (#) You have previous experience in Sales (preferably in the real estate industry) and would be skilled in negotiating property prices with sellers as well as other agents. (#) You have great relationship building and people skills and are a likable person in general. (#) You have a positive mind-set and have burning desire for continuous personal growth/development as a sales person. (#) You should be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and have a professional email etiquette/manner. (#) You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and the using Internet. (#) You should be well organised and goal driven. (#) Your own reliable car, laptop & cell phone is a necessity.
The starting salary is R3000 per month plus commission plus performance bonus’s. If you are achieving your targets you should be making upwards of R10 000 per month. Note that due to the nature of the real estate game it would take around 3 to 4 month in order to build up a commission pipeline as it is based on commission from property registrations. There is however also a small upfront commission per property sourced/listed.
