Job description

Daily tasks

Daily checks:

Site check

AdX rev check

Vicinity delivery check

Test links to articles

Check HPTO schedule

Check direct mail schedule

Check campaign delivery on DFP - alerts CMs if issues, escalate to Ross if necessary

Check customer services related queries - all social channels and help email address

Monitor adspend daily - choose more recent post to promote daily

Check previous day's unfilled impressions - elevate if an issue

Daily Scheduling:

Fixed amount of scheduled posts (Facebook and Twitter)

Selection of trending articles in widget - linked to adspend on promoted posts

Monitoring of Webmail product Facebook and Twitter profiles - customer services queries etc

Posting original content - frequency and type to be defined

Weekly tasks

Weekly checks

AdX revenue


Outgoing mails

Number of snags during daily checks

Site traffic - page imps, U.Bs etc

Social media traffic - list top three most visited articles/section

Social media growth - new followers, interaction etc

Collecting content for weekly top news email
