Relevant Qualification (preferably Logistics or Admin related)
MS Office Suite with excellent Excel skills.
Proficiency in English essential
- Letter from the accredited higher learning institute, stating that you need Work integrated experience in order to qualify, would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities
Tracking and expediting outstanding purchase orders.
Liaising with the warehouse regarding the delivery of shipments
Liaising with freight agents and to ensure deliveries are expedited
To email shipping and returns claims to overseas principals and follow up outstanding credit notes To attend to credit note queries from the finance department
To keep the claims schedules up to date To handle the cancellation of P/O’s older than six months
To file the returns claims and credit notes
To generate and transmit purchase orders to overseas supplies
Attend the arranged training and workshops in line with the Internship
