EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
•B.Com. degree or relevant qualification
•Problem solving skills and integrative skills including ability to draw conclusions from research findings
•Technical proficiency and an eagerness to expand skills and develop knowledge
•Effective written and verbal communication skills
THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
•To assist in conducting research, identifying, analysing, interpreting market and customer data
•To assist with segment research in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the target markets in order to identify trends, opportunities, threats and environmental influences.
•Develop and maintain a database of segment clients
•To provide administration support to the team on an ad hoc basis
•Assist with ad hoc projects
•Liaise with other department in order to provide data that will be useful for segment work
•To assist in the designing, developing and implementing a compelling Client Value
Proposition (CVP) that will attract and retain clients within the segment, encourage organic growth and increase share of wallet.
•Assist in the segment analytics in support of segment penetration, communication opportunities, competitor share and gaps in current offering
•Assist on the development and implementation of metrics to assess the effectiveness of CVP solutions and compile reports that highlight trends and areas of opportunity that will enhance the client experience.
