HR Intern For Masters Students At SABMiller 2015

In view of the intern having undergone a full Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology , the aim and objective of this
programme is to gain practical experience in the field of Industrial Psychology within the South African context. This will be in conjunction with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) pre-requisites in order to register as an Industrial Psychologist.The Internship Program will be undertaken through the South African Breweries (SAB). While at SAB, the intern will be work in the Human Resource Department and will assist with co-ordinating, administering and providing support with all HR related activities.

Training Authority / Collaborating University: The training authority of the Internship Program will be the University identified by the interns.

Competence Requirements: 
Completed Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology
An understanding of HR business processes
Basic understanding of the relevant legislation and its impact on effective HR practice
Excellent PC literacy
Good communication skills
Good co-ordination skills
Attention to detail
Independent worker
Highly motivated
