HR/Learning & Development Intern At ooba 2015

You’ve graduate and you’re ready to kick off your career in HR or Learning and Development but no one will hire you because you “have no experience”?

We were there too. That is, until someone was willing give us the break we needed to launch our own careers.

To pay it forward, ooba has created an opportunity for one, aspirant HR /Learning & Development professional to gain work experience and knowledge across a wide range of HR and Learning & Development disciplines as an integrated member of our HR team.


In our experience, the best way to gain and build meaningful competence, is to get stuck in. This means, you will be required to assist with everything from basic administration to design of learning material, managing learning resources including e-learning, and WSP and Learning and Development reporting.

Qualification & Requirements:

· National Diploma Human Resource Management (NQF 6), or Higher Diploma in Education

· Computer Literacy – MS Office

· Fluent in English

This is a full time, 12-month internship based in our Fourways (JHB) office
