Research Intern Opportunity 2015

A leading international television network is looking for a research intern that is passionate about media and television. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Research department thereby contributing to the department achieving its objectives. We need a results orientated research person, to conduct, analyze and interpret research data, and compile accurate and insightful research reports.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collecting and generating data for research reports
Data analysis and interpretation
Report writing
Produce accurate and timeous weekly and monthly reports
Present reports to internal stakeholders
Provide data and support for ad hoc research requests
Provide support for the execution of specific projects as identified by the Research Manager
Generate insights for workshops with internal stakeholders
Provide support for all research projects, including on-the-ground and online research
Conduct interviews with consumers for on-the-ground research initiatives, when and as required


BSc (Mathematics / Statistics) or Research Psychology Degree or any other relevant post graduate qualification
Experience in market research would be an advantage
Knowledge of Research methodology; qualitative and quantitative at a basic level
Knowledge of new Research methodologies
MS Excel, PowerPoint
