Ad Ops Manager Intern At Light House Digital 2016

Lighthouse was founded in 2009, and has 30 staff across its two offices, one in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg. It now claims to be the largest digital media agency in Africa, with campaigns running in 14 countries across sub-Saharan Africa and clients including Microsoft, SABMiller, MasterCard, General Motors, HTC, Vodacom and South African Tourism.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Manage ad trafficking, ad creation, QA and reporting.
Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and vendor on issues as needed.
Optimize campaigns including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance.
Work closely with the account team on the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions.
Provide pre-implementation and post-implementation support to display publishers.
Setup traffic and optimize online ad campaigns in MediaMind, working with advertising and ad networks to receive assets for campaign launchers.
QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tags, flash files and other advertiser-provided creative.
Provide technical support to advertisers, account managers and others via phone, email and web.
Stay abreast of current and upcoming technology product capabilities.
