HR Administrator Intern At Momentum 2016

Momemtum is currently looking for an HR Administrator Intern in the Human Resources department at their MMI Infrastructure and Operations division based at our office in Bellville.

Requirerments

  • A relevant Administration / HR qualification or any other related qualification that pertains to HR

  • An individual who has strong thinking abilities and who is willing to be open to learn new skills.

  • Very well organised with a strong attention to detail;

  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure;

  • Computer literacy in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Good communication skills and pleasant disposition;

  • Strong Numerical skills;

  • Ability to display initiative and a “can do” attitude;

  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure;

  • Sound administration, planning and coordination skills;

  • Ability to work in a cohesive, motivated and supportive team;

  • The role is an ever evolving role based on the growth of the business unit and the individual fit; therefore it is best suited for an individual who is performance driven and can handle pressure.


Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible to support the Process Owners and HR Business Partners in the following areas:

  • To assist and support the HR team in general.

  • Assist in various areas of excellence such as: Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employment Equity, Reward and Recognition, Leadership Development, Talent Management etc.

  • HR Administration

  • Recruitment Administration

  • Induction administration

  • Responsible for the administration around the Induction process

  • Learning and Development Administration
