To have studied 2 years minimum either in tourism, marketing or communication and have experience in digital marketing.
To be passionate and knowledgeable about social media, travel and mindfulness.
To have excellent written English and to enjoy writing travel and lifestyle articles and reviews.
To have own computer, be very computer literate and available to work online with regular skype meetings.
To be able to work well independently, following objectives and multitasking.
Knowledge of Spanish would be a great plus but not a requirement.
This is a part time position following objectives; therefore working hours are flexible and will depend on the candidate’s productivity and the objectives set by the marketing calendar.
This is an ONLINE position; therefore residence in the Cape Town area would be an advantage but not a requirement.
This position will hopefully lead to an online paid position after 6 months of successful internship.

The candidate will work directly under supervision of the Operations and Sales Manager who will train him/her in all aspects of marketing. He/She will also learn about managing an online business.
We are launching the idea of "conscious travel" versus “responsible travel”, where the travel "within" and the personal growth that comes with travel is given an important role.
Our catalogues will include ecotourism, volunteering, local social experiences, yoga retreats, art courses, etc. All our trips will collaborate with social or environmental NGOs.
