HR Intern Opportunity Osiris Trading 2016

The Human Resources Intern will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team’s functions and duties. The Intern will assist primarily with all recruitment-related administration tasks.


Job advertising, internally and externally
Setting up and coordinating interviews/assessments
Feedback to agencies and candidates on recruitment process
Credit and criminal clearances for potential candidates
Reference checking for potential candidates
Any other ad hoc administration requirements including but not limited to: general filing, invoice administration and co-ordination of programme and events
Skills and Abilities

Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Confidentiality, tact and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel / Word/ Outlook with intermediary Excel skills
Communicates well both in writing and verbally
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive “can do” attitude
Good time management and deadline-driven Flexible work approach
Works well under pressure
Uses judgement to know when to ask for help and guidance
Uses own initiative and can work independently
Good interpersonal skills
Resilient and able to work in an organization that is in a constant state of flux
Strong service delivery orientation, work ethic and a sense of urgency

Degree/Diploma in HR
