Taking Brief from Strategist/Client and Implementing it to the best of her knowledge. Should understand media landscape, (should ask for training if needs be)
Liasing with affiliates in the relevant Markets for information or planning on the required brief.
Creating Media Schedules accurately for each client campaign that she will be assigned to based on brief.
Creating CE’s and send to client for approval.
Revise schedules as needed.
Check contracts once received to match spots and costs against implementation planner schedule
Creating CI’s and sending it to relevant Media Owners for booking
Continue negotiating with suppliers to improve value ads and best placements at no additional costs
Report net spends by market in addition to added value and discount breakdowns on implementer request
Creating Chaselists that need to be sent to client/creative team and send Key codes and fighting codes for campaigns to media owners
Follow up with material from creative agency in order for deadlines to be met.
Load contracts on billing system as per campaign details and to support all evidence papers and documents needed
Manage all client bookings and in case of a supplier default, grant compensation to the client
Send client Site Bibles and proof of flightings.
Liase with client in a professional manner
Liase with Media Owners in order to build up relationships
Liase with Affiliates in a professional manner
Attend media owner meetings that are relevant to Africa.
