•Compile a “Toolkit” of essential marketing material (PGP branded business cards, vehicle magnets and boards)
•Assist with listing information about a property and arrange for photographs to be taken.
•Visit, follow up and talk to the sellers about their property.
•Assist with estimation of the value of the property; market evaluation.
•Coordinate and attend to show days.
•Market and promote properties for sale.
•Under the guidance of the mentor, represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers.
•Monitor sales and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and market statistics.
•Advise clients and help buyers.
•Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the general market.
•Ensure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller ie: willing buyer – willing seller.

Education & Experience
•Matric/ Grade 12
•Obtain a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
•Valid driver’s license
•Own reliable transport

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Understand the rules and regulations in real estate
•Good interpersonal and listening skills
•Must be willing and able to work irregular hours.
•Willingness to complete assessments
