Health and Wellness Internship at Zoona 2016

We are looking for a recently qualified graduate who is keen to gain some experience and exposure in a fast-paced FinTech Start-up.
Your role as Health and Wellness intern will primarily be to support the Health and Wellness team in the activities they undertake to make Zoona an unbelievable place at which to work. Tasks could include, but are not limited to:-
• Organising lunches
• Organising off site team building and other events
• Sourcing various materials
• Writing updates for the newsletter and our intranet, ZIP
• Loading invoices and making sure payments are made timely
• Liaising with third party speakers for events and brown bag sessions
• Compiling and conducting surveys
• Organising rooms and schedules for meetings or specific days (e.g. massages, wellness day, blood donations etc.).
• Arranging travel
• Managing relationships with and co-ordinating external suppliers
• Supporting the on-boarding and logistical arrangements of new staff (as required)
• Co-ordinating with other internal departments on behalf of the Health and Wellness Team
• Supporting the team in communication and on-going motivation of staff to be involved in Health and Wellness initiatives
