Industrial Engineer Graduate at Productivity SA 2016

Productivity SA Head Office based in Midrand is looking for Industrial Engineer Graduate Trainee for a 12 months periods to learn and perform the functions of a WPC Change Facilitator in the context of the Workplace Challenge, focusing on Productivity/best operating practices and world class manufacturing processes.

Minimum Requirements... 

  • Min: 3 year National Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Production Management/
       Operations Management, Business Management or equivalent
  • Diploma in Project Management or experience(Portfolio of evidence required)OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Own suitable transport
  • Computer literacy-MS Office package
  • Knowledge of at least one indigenous South African LanguageEXPERIENCE
  • Business qualification and some part time workplace experience or internship with the required  ability to become a good facilitator
  • Experience of the factory shopfloorADVERSE WORKING CONDITIONS (e.g. dusty, lots of Travel)
  • Workplace environment such as Factory
  • Travel excessively
