Reporting Analyst Intern at Discovery Health 2016

Discovery Limited is a South Africa-based financial services group that is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange with its headquarters in Sandton.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to the Business Process Improvement Manager by Compiling iQS internal and external audit reports for various teams in Discovery Life.

Key Outputs The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:
• Compiling iQS internal and external audit reports for various teams in Discovery Life
• Reconciliation of internal audits
• Compiling iQS objectives breaches reports
• Logging iQS deviations on the iQS deviations system
• Reviewing operational risk profiles and compiling risk management reports
• Updating operational key risk indicator dashboard
• Compiling risk management report
• Ensure that all received queries are attended to within the agreed Service Level
• Ensure that projects are managed accordingly and meet the set deadline
• Ensure that the set performance criteria with regard to quality assurance are met.
• On an ongoing basis present a professional image and service delivery to all clients
• Ensure client satisfaction with the service delivery levels provided by the service providers 

Strategic / Tactical: 
• Provide input as required to Management on optimizing internal processes and SLA’s

Qualifications & Experience Qualification: 
Bachelors in Business Administration would be ideal. A Risk Management qualification is also preferred.
