Junior Analyst Interns at Bytes Universal Systems 2016

Bytes Universal Systems (BUS) seeks Junior Analyst Interns to fulful a gap in their skills level of consultants to enable them to spread workload across the employee base for their projects. These positions are based in Midrand, Johannesburg.

BUS is a division of Altron TMT that provides a portfolio of IT services, software and solutions including Infrastructure, Data Centre Transformation & Cloud Services, Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Workforce Management Solutions.

The Junior Analyst is a person who has completed a financial degree where Accounting is one of the major subjects.  The individual must has a flare for computer systems and want to follow a carreer in systems analysis and have a keen sense of business interests.

The junior analyst must be able to critically analyse problems, troubleshoot the issues at hand by tracking and tracing the issues.

Once the issue has been identified, the solution to the issue needs to be thoroughly thought through, and the solution implemented in order to resolve the issues.

 Also, the junior business analyst will be required to participate in systems design workshops where they will learn the business process, understand the business problem statement and design the solution in such a way as to meet and solve the business problem statement.

The objective would also to be to add value to the business process, and where possible create automated processes to be able to streamline and enhance the business value chain.

In order to achieve the above, the analyst must display a keen interest in business acumen, and must be willing to apply themselves to the project in a consistent and dedicated manner that will ensure the delivery of the project but will afford them the learning on the job for them to enhance their knowledge and experience.

The junior analyst must have computer experience at level where they are self-sufficient in operating Microsoft Office products as output work products will be produced in MS Office.
