The Graduate development Program is designed to infuse young talent into the organization and develop them into the future leaders of tomorrow.
Our success factor is our ability to place graduates into permanent roles in the organization across Africa. As a result of a robust programme supported by the leadership team we have been able to appoint graduates over the years into senior positions.
We recruit graduates from the faculty of Commerce, Management Sciences, Engineering, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Human Resources, Law and Supply Chain to be placed in our business.
Job rotations in different functions and in some cases different countries. The
rotations are designed to provide the graduate with experience and an
opportunity to learn all aspects of the business. You may rotate 3 to 4 times in
the programme depending on your speed of learning.
On the job training and coaching
Working with high performance individuals who are experts in their fields.
Critieria for application
Must have a degree in Supply chain/Logistics, Marketing, Commerce, Accounting, HR or Law
Must have a minimum average of 70% in your final year
Must be completing your degree in 2016
Must be able to work in Johannesburg as the role is based in Midrand
Must be a South African Citizen or in possession of a valid SA work permit
