Marketing/Business Development Internship at Intergroup Brand Science 2017

Intergroup Brand Science is seeking two enthusiastic marketing and business development interns for a four-month internship opportunity. As an intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and business development team in all stages of our upcoming campaigns. We will provide training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable broad work experience.

The position will involve (but is not limited to) the following:
  • Assisting our marketing and business development teams with B2B marketing, sales and lead generation
  • Creating and developing new and existing B2B material
  • Gaining quick responsibility of managing own tasks and accounts
  • Conducting market research and data collection to improve market and competitive intelligence and translate these findings into strategic recommendations
  • On-the-job experience and a glimpse into the exciting world of brand
Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing and business development team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and business development initiatives
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition and prospects
  • Assist in preparing promotional presentations and new business proposals
  • CRM database management and support
  • Tracking and analysing business development results
  • Preparatory work for business development meetings 

Requirements

  • Studying business administration, sales, brand strategy, marketing or similar
  • Excellent English communication skills, particularly written and spoken
  • Strong desire to learn and the ability to take initiative
  • Strong understanding of different marketing platforms and techniques
  • Passion for the branding industry and its best practices
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Able to adapt to new tasks in a constantly changing environment
  • Are organised, self-driven and proactive
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage numerous activities and support the efforts of others in achieving company goals
