Our PSG Graduate Programme aims to create a pipeline of young talent within the financial services industry.

The programme offers graduates an opportunity to gain on-the-job, practical workplace experience while providing ongoing support and training.

What we are looking for

PSG is recruiting graduates in the following disciplines: BCom (Finance/Accounting/Financial Planning), BEcon or CFP. You will be given the opportunity to obtain experience the back office administration pertaining to wealth planning and advice, to name a few.

Minimum requirements
  • South African citizen
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
  • Degree in any of the following disciplines:
  • BCom (Finance/Accounting/Financial Planning)
  • BEcon
  • CFP
