OMNI Digital Graduate at Clicks 2018

Clicks Group leading the way in healthcare and beauty with unlimited opportunities for people with passion! Clicks Group is a health and beauty focused retail and supply group which has been listed on the JSE Limited since 1996, in the Food and Drug Retailers sector.

To assist the OMNI team with analysis and reporting related to the Omni digital Department.

Purpose and Objectives
  • Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
  • Analysing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth
  • Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
  • Assisting in Supplier Reporting
  • Performing ad-hoc analytics and projects where necessary
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics (Essential)
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word) (Essential)
