Robert Bosch Africa, South of the Equator is a growing business in the Bosch Group with its Head Office located in Midrand, South Africa.

We employ close to 1,000 associates and operate in the business divisions Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Building Technology, Packaging Technology and Thermotechnology.

Your responsibilities:

 Office Support and Administration
 Assist with time and attendance administration
 Assist with training arrangements, organising catering and course material (some manual handling involved)
 Documentation handling and filing
 Assist with Recruitment; screening CV’s , scheduling interviews and preparing interview packs
 Adhock duties

Your competencies and qualifications:

 Grade 12
 Degree / Diploma in Human Resources

Experience

 MS office suite
 1 year experience - advantageous

Your personal characteristics and skills:

 Pro-active problem solving
 High level of accuracy
 Time management
 Must be a go-gettter
 Must be able to operate independently and in a team
 Must be exceptionally detail driven
 Must have excellent communication skills
 Must have good analytic skills
