Human Capital Intern at MMI Holdings 2018

Momentum Corporate has an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Psychology graduate who is enthusiastic, motivated and looking to gain work experience in Human Capital Management. 



The above-mentioned Internship is currently available in the Human Capital department at our Momentum Corporate division/business unit based at our office in Cape Town.

ROLE PURPOSE
  • To enable service delivery of the Human Capital team by providing administration and Business Partner support to all stakeholders.
THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric/Grade12
  • Relevant post graduate degree in Industrial Psychology
  • HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist or Independent practice Psychometrist
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
  • Provide Psychometric assessment feedback to recruitment panels and candidates.
  • File and maintain all relevant employee relations related documentation.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process and On-board new employees.
  • Ensure that HC documentation is timeously and accurately submitted to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Quality check documentation that adheres to standardized HC processes.
  • Assist the HC team with projects and research.
  • To provide exceptional service to clients in order to manage client expectations.
  • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership for driving career development.
  • Create a positive work climate and culture to energise employees, give meaning to work, minimise work disruption and maximise employee productivity.
