Logistics Intern at Royale Africa 2018

International Courier Company is seeking to employ a Logistics Intern for 1 year. The candidate should have a background and knowledge of Operations and Clearance as well as the ability to deal with staff and clients.

Royale International has been made aware of unauthorised individuals or organisations falsely using the Royale International logo’s and the Royale International name in emails and website advertisements in attempt to recruit on behalf of the company. Up-front fees are solicited from unsuspecting job seekers for visa or work permits. We are aware of one such current recruitment advertisement on Gumtree.

Royale International does use the services of recruiting / placement agencies to help us attract potential candidates for specific positions. However, Royale International wishes to stress that it has not authorised any such e-mail or website based recruitment.  Please do not respond to this advertisement as it is a scam.

The minimum qualifications and experience are required:
  • Grade 12/ Matric qualification
  • Qualification in Logistics
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle is a must.
The minimum skills and abilities are required:
  • Sorting inbound/outbound shipments
  • Dispatching drivers
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Tracking shipments
Customs:
  • Export / Import entries
  • Be able to Liaising with SARS and customers
  • Cargo retrieval from airport (not daily)
  • Assisting with stopped shipments
The successful candidate will be based in Johannesburg and would work a 06h00 – 15h00 shift and may be required to work overtime.
