The programme will offer a mix of formal training, structured coaching and meaningful work, to gain the necessary skills and business acumen to be able to occupy a Sales Graduate within the organisation. Exposure to and participation in project work within the departments and across the Company will also be a key component of the program.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as an graduate at Kellogg, you will be receive experience and meaningful work by Exposure to:
  • Field Sales
  • Key Accounts
  • Demand Planning/Forecasting
  • Insights and Planning and Brand Management
  • Trade Marketing / Category Management 
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn, to succeed in this position and to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

The minimum requirements for the Graduate Development Program are:
  • Bachelors of Commerce Degree or an associated degree
  • Good academic record
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Willing to travel between Springs and Woodmead.
  • Not more than 1 years working experience
Curriculum vitas must include:

  • Matric results and university transcript
  • The contact details of a lecturer who has agreed to be a referee
  • Nonacademic activities and achievements while at university
  • Vocational work (if experienced)
