Who are we looking for?
We are looking for young, energietic go-getters, who have recently completed the following qualification :
  • Marketing or Business related qualification

Who is this programme Ideally for ?

This programme is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in the FMCG Industry particulary looking to gain experience in the Commercial/Sales part of this dynamic industry. With the aim of being a fully fledged Field Sales Execution Manager(FSEM) at the end of this programme. At the end of the programme you should be equipped to achieve sales targets in allocated areas, while maintaining strong relationships with fellow team members, service providers and all customers. You will also have the skills to drive in-store execution activities that achieve sales growth targets, while managing merchandising execution through merchandisers for defined customers and territories


  • During this programme you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your potential by working on live assignments and projects that are important to the company, whilst at the same time gaining the following key business skills.
