Front Office Administrator Intern at MMI Holdings 2018

The Front Office Administrator Intern will deliver a world-class new business and administrative service which will influence the Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s to craft sustainable relationships with the Business Consultant.

ROLE PURPOSE 
  • Effective and efficient front office administration 
  • Responsible for all new business applications in totality 
  • Prepare accurate quotes 
  • Follow up on missing/outstanding information 
  • Scan and Index all documentation according to requirements 
  • Vehemently keep to the SLAs 
  • Enable excellent service delivery/Reporting 
  • Accurate daily management of the SMART tool 
  • Submit timely reports 
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate enquiries from Business Consultants, Brokers and head office 
  • Investigate and facilitate escalation of queries to all relevant stakeholders 
  • Ensure communication in the targeted IFA practices 
  • Contact targeted IFA practices with approved agenda 
  • Be the Momentum ambassador 
  • Continuously improve yourself and your offering 
  • Elevate own knowledge 
  • Engage and Educate the IFA’s support staff

  • Ensure long-lasting, deep and meaningful relationships with the IFA 
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Grade 12/ Matric 
  • Relevant Diploma/Degree in office administration or relevant field 
  • Computer literate (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) 
Experience:
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English both written and verbal 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
LOCATION

Requirement on location is for the successful candidate to live in Sandton
