Brief Description
  • To administer and provide support for accurate and timeous candidate communication and ensuring an efficient graduate recruitment process;
  •  To manage good record keeping and system updates to document the recruitment process;
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and support a quick and efficient recruitment process and experience through all duties and actions
  • Coordinate graduate interviews at various levels timeously or as received and ensure accurate communication of interview times and requirements to candidates and interviewers
  • Ensure regular follow ups and information communicated to candidates to inform them of status in the recruitment process
  • Ensuring accurate record keeping and maintenance of confidentiality of employee/applicant information
  • Greet and direct candidates on arrival for interview and ensure application forms are completed and Recruiter notified
  • Ensure accurate Oracle updates and record keeping on all candidates
  • Ensure new employee data is capture on Oracle well in advance of employee starting
  • Monitor graduate recruitment inbox and diary and respond to queries or notify Recruiter of urgent emails or diary changes to attend to
  • Provide support with the shortlisting process for new applicants
  • Administrative tasks including scanning, filing, folder management, etc.
  • Support with graduate recruitment event administration & logistics (e.g. career fairs, design school visits)
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment environment, would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Human Resource processes and best recruitment practice
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised with strong time management ability
  • Strong attention to detail and structure
  • Ability to handle data confidentially
  • Good systems ability – Be able to operate Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
