PSETA Internship Opportunities 2018

The Public Service Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is one of the 21 Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) established in accordance with the Skills Development Act No. 97 of 1998 (SDA). 



Between the year 2000 and 2009, the PSETA reported to the Department of Labour but has since been transferred to the new Department of Higher Education and Training.


The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is offering Internship opportunities for a period of 12 months with the monthly stipend of R5500.00 in the following fields:
  • Field of study and required qualification (National Diploma/Degree/ B Tech/ Honours)
  • Finance Finance – Cost & Accounting Management/ Financial Management/ Accounting (1 Position)
  • Human Resources – Human Resource Management, Management of Training/Labour Relations/ Public Administration (1 Position)
  • Marketing and Communications – Marketing/Communications/Journalism/ Graphic Design/ Media Studies (1 Position)
  • ICT – Information and Communication Technology (1 Position)
  • Governance – Law/Business Administration/Performance Management Monitoring and Evaluation/Risk Management and Compliance/Planning (1 Position)
  • Core Business Education – Public Administration/Business Administration (1 Position)

Timrite Internship Opportunity 2018

Timrite was established in 1995 when former HL&H executives started a new mining services venture. Timrite grew further in 2005 when Mondi Imbani Mining Supplies (MIMS) and Timrite were merged.



The MIMS business was initially purchased as part of a larger transaction between Mondi and HL&H in 1996 and thereafter acquired by Timrite. In 2013 Thebe Mining Resources (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Thebe Investment Corporation, acquired a majority share in Timrite, management owns the remainder.

General Sales and Admin Intern at Aveng 2018

Aveng Trident Steel centrally situated in Roodekop, Germiston and other facilities in Alrode, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Rosslyn and Cape Town provide a wide product range to the steel industry in South Africa as well as internationally from their extensive steel yards, modern and comprehensive steel processing and steel service centers, specialty steel division and tube manufacturing plant.



The incumbent will be responsible to perform duties such as Supply Chain, Internal Sales and Admin to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and will include a combination of answering telephones, typing or word processing and filing.

Minimum Requirements

4 X Claims Internship Opportunities at RAF 2018

The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads



The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals in its Durban Regional Office for the following lnternship programme:-

Purpose of the Internship: The Organization is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work experience.

Applications are invited for a Claims Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 35.

The Internship programme will run for a period of twelve months (12) months.

Position Description:

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

Your responsibilities will include:
