Marketing Internship Opportunity at iWMS 2017

We are looking for a willing and friendly permanent marketing person in our Randburg office. We are a group of passionate people of a dynamic, growing, global business who use marketing as a key component to growing our customer base and business.

Our ideal candidate needs to provide a marketing support function to our Marketing Manager and familiarise them self with the business and the marketing role, with the view of taking over the Marketing Manager’s position, once she retires. 

The role involves promoting the Company and the Company’s products and services, create consumer demand, formulate the Brand’s marketing strategy and develop and execute marketing plans effectively.

• Support the Marketing Manager and Executives on projects directed at maximising brand awareness and sales leads.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, use own initiative and high attention to detail.
• Ability to write reports, Company articles, brochures and similar documents.
• Support Marketing Manager with promotional activities.
• Liaise effectively with international partners, Customers and the media on marketing projects.
• Monitoring and chasing project work progress.

Education and experience
• Marketing degree or diploma.
• Computer literate, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, PowerPoint etc.
• Fluent in English. Understanding of Afrikaans would be an added advantage.
• Own driver’s license and vehicle.
