We have Internships for HRBP Administrator X 2

Main Purpose of the Job:
  • To provide efficient administrative support to the HR Business Partner division in order to effectively deliver the needs of the business units they support. Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Administration and co-ordination of the following:
  • New appointments, internal transfers, promotions, resignations
  • Tracking and updating the above
  • Recruitment requests, approvals, statistics and reports
  • Update monthly salary forecasting and ensure correctness
  • Assist with preparing monthly salary forecasts on BPC (internal budget tool) and annual salary budgets
  • Headcount reporting
  • Contract extensions
  • Talent management- and leadership programmes
  • Incentives for certification
  • Rewards and recognition scheme
  • Pulse (Employee Satisfaction Survey) population data clean up
  • Log all relevant requests with the HR Service Centre via the internal logging tool
  • Ad hoc increases
  • Assist HRBP with general queries
Your Profile Criteria for Selection:
  • Applicants must be South African citizens;
  • Have completed a National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent and be able to demonstrate good academic record and achievements;
  • Application forms must be completed in full and copies of academic records must be included;
  • Not have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme;
  • Have no work experience in the field of study;
  • A recent graduate (2014-2018);
  • Considered a youth (18-27 years);
  • Verified qualification certificate and no criminal record;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office – basic Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Effective communication in English (written and verbal);
  • Prepared to undergo psychometric assessments.

  • Following instructions and procedures
  • Knowledge of HR SAP system and basic financial tools will be an advantage
  • Ability to organise data and ensure correctness on a detailed level
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Excel
