Research & Evaluation Intern at CC&DW 2018

Creative Consulting & Development Works (CC&DW) are excited to offer an emerging Research & Evaluation Intern an opportunity to join our Research and Evaluation team for a 12-month period.

This opportunity is funded by Educo Africa and the National Skills Fund as part of their Graduate and Student Placement Programme to address youth unemployment and promote skills development in the Western Cape.

  • A completed Bachelors Degree at a minimum (preferably currently studying further, with an average exceeding 65%
  • Demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career in research and evaluation
  • Excellent English and an additional African language and good communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience of social science research methodology
  • Strong analytical skills, both in qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks in the research and evaluation space, including desk based research, proposal development, evaluation design, data collection and interviewing, workshop and client engagement, data analysis, peer review and synthesis, report writing
  • Committed to working in a fast-paced consultancy environment, producing high quality work, contributing to the team goals and organisational values

Stipend : R5 000 per month
