Christian Art Internship Programme 2018

The Christian Art internship programme has been developed to help individuals gain useful, practical, skills and experience, while they serve and learn within a marketing related environment.

CUM Books has become a much-loved and popular name in South African homes for many years. This chain of Christian family bookshops began when six NG Kerk-boekhandel shops were bought.

In 1993 CUM Books began to enter major shopping malls. The first shops were opened in Westgate and Greenacres. Since then, CUM Books has gone from strength to strength and there are now over 40 branches countrywide and an online store.

Within the marketing internship program, you will be exposed to 6 key areas within the marketing department:
  • Corporate Events 
  • Media & PR 
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing 
  • Graphic Design 
  • Retail Support 
  • Trade Marketing & Sales Support 
Minimum Requirements 
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification 
  • A team player
  • Attention to detail 
  • Must be energetic 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Computer literate 
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Good communication i.e. written spoken 
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
