Description
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Process system sales, Placement and rental of instruments in SAP.
  • Process sales orders, credit notes and invoices in SAP ensuring full SOX compliance.
  • Request Freight estimates for shipments outside of SA where needed.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process Export orders in line with all HBDC terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and manage the customer service general email inbox accordingly.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensureresolution
  • Complete all internal trainings timeously.
  • Maintain compliance for all SOP’s and company policies.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers 
Qualifications
  • Valid Matric Certificate
  • Computer skills
  • Able to work in Microsoft
  • Fluent in English
  • Own car
  • Valid drivers license
  • Clear Criminal record
  • ITC clear
