During the course of the 12 month program you will focus initially on core skills training to develop the personal and professional skills needed to establish yourself within the Mimecast community.

Thereafter, you will progress into the relevant division in which you have been appointed, where you will have a dedicated mentor, ready to groom and guide you in your first year of work.

Brief Role Description:
Using discretion and diplomacy while working with Mimecast employees at all levels, this Executive Administrative Assistant will support Mimecast Executives. In addition to scheduling, expense management, meeting and conference coordination, this role requires a mastery of time management, logistics planning, organization, and attention to detail to ensure execution of multiple priorities.

The candidate must be self-motivated and self-sufficient to be able to work under pressure as well as they should be willing to learn and has high propensity to change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, meals and other department activities. Responsible for accommodations, travel arrangements and scheduling. 
  • Responding to regularly occurring requests for information from internal and external parties. 
  • Acting as ambassador with other departments and outside agencies, including executive staff and their Executive Assistants. Handling confidential and non-routine information with discretion. 
  • Working independently and within a team on special projects upon request which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, and disseminating information. 
  • Supporting expense report preparation (Concur) and invoice and purchase order management (NetSuite). 

The successful graduates must have completed the following in the last 2 years:
  • Transactional Admin Diploma/ or Equivalent e.g. Business management, Finance or Secretarial
