Digital Marketing Graduate at Totalsports 2018

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge and experience of online technology and social media.
  • Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies and media tactics.
  • An understanding of web analytics, tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communication, active listening and excellent written grammar and spelling.
As a Digital Marketing Trainee, your responsibilities, amongst others, will include:
  • Implementing marketing campaigns that drive revenue across all digital channels (social media, paid media and email marketing).
  • Working with Digital Marketing Coordinator to co-ordinate all marketing elements from start to finish - briefing to final invoicing stage.
  • Working closely with Digital Marketing Coordinator to maintain and update all digital marketing channels.
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team on marketing selected campaigns.
  • Sourcing of digital content when necessary.
  • Managing relationships with various suppliers.
  • Managing external consultants.
  • Ensuring projects are executed within allocated budget.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases.
  • Analysing and reporting on digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Consumer trends monitoring and reporting (for digital channels).


Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
