The purpose of the job is to work closely with the Marketing Team in coordinating projects, to sustain as well as grow customers through the creation and communication of superior value.

Qualifications Essential
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations

Experience Desirable
• Public relations experience
• FMCG/Retail experience
Knowledge Essential:
• Marketing principles and practices
• Customer Services principles

Skills Essential
• Verbal and Written communication
• Computer literacy
• Telephone etiquette
• Handling irate customers

Job Objectives 
*To provide daily support to the Brand Marketing Manager with regards to various touch points.
*To assist with managing of customer affairs, customer queries and complaints.
*To assist with the Customer Service portfolio by professional customer correspondence.
*To assist with the implementation and maintenance of customer service policy.
*To assist with general administration
