Consumer Insights Graduate at PepsiCo 2018

The role of the Consumer Insights Graduate is to provide support to the insights manager and director on brand innovation projects as well as brand performance tracking studies. In addition, the graduate would need to track consumer and market trends through various mediums including desk research.

Main accountabilities
List in priority order of the job’s main accountabilities
- Consumer Research & Analysis. Assists in the management of ad-hoc consumer insights research projects – includes logistics, interaction with the agency on design elements, presentations etc
- Trends – keeps abreast of consumer and market trends (presentations, desk research etc) and feeds these back to the business each month (Did You Knows etc)
- Brands performance evaluation/ Post evaluation of marketing activities. Monitors brand activities and feeds these back to the team

Job requirements
Education, experience, foreign languages, etc, NEEDED for the job
Experience/Functional skills
 Master Degree in Psychology / Anthropology / Sociology/ Marketing/ Economics
 Some knowledge of research methodologies and techniques (qual&quant); basic statistics
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 An eye for detail and highly numerate with very strong analytical thinking with proven ability to spot trends

  • Completed Bachelors Degree
  • Successfully completed the PepsiCo Go Challenge
