HR Internship Programme at RCL Foods 2018

The Human Resources team is on the lookout for an HR Intern to join our team! The position will be based in Hammarsdale and will report to the HR Business Partner.

The HR Intern will be responsible for providing day to day human resource administrative support to the team and contribute to the long-term development of the HR function.

The incumbent will also be responsible for all meeting and travel arrangements, accuracy and completeness of records and documentation, and other HR admin duties.

Minimum Requirements 
- South African citizen or permanent resident.
- Minimum requirements include: studying towards a HR Qualification.
- Must be highly Analytical.
- Academic results - 60 – 65% average minimum (all subjects, across all years of study).
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word).
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral).
- Be stress tolerant.

Duties & Responsibilities 
- To provide quality human resource compliance and administrative support to human resource clients.
- Responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support on various projects.
- Develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the HR field.
- Develop a working knowledge of HR information database and searchable resources.
- Track progress, deadlines and priorities of all projects.
- Responsible for all meeting and travel arrangements.
- Manage the pre-employment process.
- Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients, both external and internal.
