Certification Internship Opportunity at Services SETA 2019

The Intern: Certification is responsible for administration and management of the Certification Department. The incumbent must provide general administrative services in the unit, this includes printing of certificates data capturing and general administrative support of projects.


About 

The Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA) was established and registered in March 2000 in terms of the skills development Act of 1998 and is responsible for the disbursement of the training levies payable by all employers.

These levies are collected by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) via the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), and are to be disbursed through a management system motivated by skills requirement assessment and monitoring.



Specification
•Maintain filing system
•Write letters, reports or office memoranda in time, in the right format and accurate in content
•Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
•Prepare agendas
•Take minutes at meetings and prepare action logs
•Distribute minutes and action logs
•Print and distribute certificates
•Courier certificates
•Keep a record of certificate and acknowledgment of receipt.

Requirements
•Matric or equivalent
•Three year qualification in Project Management, Business Administration or Equivalent
