Human Resources Internship at Novus Holdings 2019

To assist the Senior HR Practitioners as directed by the HR Manager with the day to day running of the HR department.

Paarl Media Cape seeks to appoint an Intern in the Human Resources department. This position is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Senior Human Resources Practitioner.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
•Labour relations processes and procedures
•To execute the recruitment, selection and assessment process
•To assist with ad hoc tasks relating to remuneration and Payroll
•Organisational structure maintenance
•Employment equity and general HR administration
•The execution of legislative reporting
•Responsible for the capturing, updating and reporting of data in the HR MIS system, ResourceLink

Educational Requirements
•3 year degree or equivalent diploma in HR and/or Industrial Psychology advantageous
•Psychometrist registration advantageous
