Based in the sale and marketing division of BMW South Africa in Johannesburg, the incumbent candidate will assist the Manager: Sales Development / Manager: BMW i and BMW M with various projects and activities for the Sales division in the area of Sales Development admin and BMW i and BMW M business.

Role:  

Assist with project management administration tasks

Assist with compiling and maintaining relevant documentation

Assist with project related BMWi and 360˚ Electric Marketing events

Assist Manager: Sales Development / Manager: BMW i and BMW M with External Stakeholder/s

Assist Manager: BMW i and BMW M with implementation of key projects

Basic Knowledge and Skills required:

List the requirements regarding knowledge and skills that are necessary to perform the tasks above

1.   University level IT skills in standard business computer applications.

-     MS PowerPoint

-     MS Word

-     Prezi

-     Excel

2.   High drive cluster, independent thinking,analytical nature, sense for value creation and high propensity for driving and leading change projects.

3.   Methodical and structured approach to the management of projects

4.   A driver’s licence in South Africa,willingness to confidently transport vehicles to events / VIPs etc.

5.   Have appropriate communication skills to represent the BMW Group at external events

6.   Must be able to work independently,conscientiously and deliver on tasks on time.
