The purpose of the Transnet PWD Internship Programme is to;

o Improve the skills levels for People Living with Disabilities and create skills pool for Transnet and the industry at large.
o Create a diverse workforce and the work environment that supports the attraction, development, advancement and
retention of people from designated groups at all levels in the organization,

Position outputs :

Successful candidates will be required to undergo the 12 months on the job training to acquire skills in line with their own  fields of study and the Transnet Operational requirements. There will be compulsory and continuous evaluation and monitoring. Candidates will be rotated during their training within the business to get background in other technical fields, however still focusing on their core discipline.

Qualifications & Experience :

Applicants must have a 3 year National Diploma / B Degree in the following disciplines:

  • Bcomm Accounting,Bcomm Finance:Accounting,Finance Management,Taxation
