Recent graduates are invited to apply and experience the working life as a Business and Systems Analyst in our Supply Chain team, at one of the leading retailers!

Qualifications 
• Degree/Diploma in IT or BCom in IT/Business or a Business Analysis/ Process related Diploma

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Above average numerical ability

• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to deal with large volumes of work

Key Responsibilities You will be assisting the team with:

1. Business Processes and Systems enhancement process:
a. Identify business process and/or system gaps and/or Record process changes requested by the business.
b. Full development life cycle in order to implement process and system changes.
c. Create and maintain a centralised library for all business processes and systems documentation (quality management).
d. Provision of detailed documentation of current processes, data and solutions (Business Analysis Documentation)

2. Change requests
a. Assess and define requests received from users in Ackermans in relation to business processes and systems.
b. Provision of solutions and support for the implementation thereof.

3. Incidents
a. Respond to system incidents raised by the business while providing effective and timeous support to internal user on processes, systems and technology activities.
b. Determine a corrective course of action and ensure that the incidents are resolved effectively and within reasonable time by Pepkor IT and/or other service providers.


Location - Western Cape
