Invoicing Process Internship at Service SETA 2019

The Intern Invoice Processing will be responsible for the verification of supporting documents and processing invoices within the stipulated time frames.

The Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA) was established and registered in March 2000 in terms of the skills development Act of 1998 and is responsible for the disbursement of the training levies payable by all employers.

These levies are collected by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) via the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), and are to be disbursed through a management system motivated by skills requirement assessment and monitoring.

  • Verifying supporting documents of invoices
  • Process invoices on time
  • Maintain clear and up to date filling system 
  • Managing queries 
  • Create Purchase orders
  • Compiling Weekly Reports on invoice processing 
  • Assist with other administrative duties within the department
  • Matric or equivalent 
  • Three year qualification in Finance/Commerce or Equivalent.
