SETA Internship Opportunity 2019

The Intern Travel Management is responsible for administration and management of the Travel Department. The incumbent must provide general administrative services in the unit, this incudes data capturing and general administrative support of travel projects.



About 
The Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA) was established and registered in March 2000 in terms of the skills development Act of 1998 and is responsible for the disbursement of the training levies payable by all employers. These levies are collected by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) via the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), and are to be disbursed through a management system motivated by skills requirement assessment and monitoring.

Specification

  • Maintain filing system
  • Prepare agendas
  • Take minutes at meetings and prepare action logs
  • Distribute minutes and action logs
  • Data capturing
  • Customer Care skills
  • Provide departmental support during SSETA events and roadshows
  • Assist both internal & external stakeholders 
Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent 
  • Three year qualification in Tourism, Office Administration or Equivalent.
