Pioneer Foods Programme Internship Opportunity 2019

Supports the HR team with HR Administration and Reporting, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employment Equity, Skills Development, Learning and Development, Talent Management, OD, Employee Wellness, Reward and Recognition and involvement in HR Projects.


  • Deliver on agreed outputs across the HR value chain. 
  • Collaborate with HR team members across the Pioneer Foods HR service delivery model. 
  • Partner with Supervisors and Line Managers to improve business processes.
  • Travel to different sites (mostly road travel) as required to gain exposure as and when required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 
Demonstrated abililty to plan and organise your work outputs and multitask effectively, reliable and committed to excellence, assertive and exceptional communicator.
Demonstrated ability to reason logically, apply good judgement and your ability to consider a broad range of aspects when proposing solutions

QUALIFICATIONS 
Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources preferred. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources an absolute minimum.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION Human Capital graduate employed to gain work experience across the HR Value chain to take up suitable employment as an HR Practitioner after 12 - 24 months.
